I am so proud of Cole! I received a note from Cole's writing teacher early this week requesting permission for her to enter a poem that he wrote in a national writing contest. The title of the poem is "A Monday Morning" and I will admit that I was a bit surprised that it was so well written! If I can get the author's permission I will post it on my blog, but for today I just wanted to say how proud I am of my little budding writer and ask for some good luck wishes for him. I think it would be so cool if he actually got some recognition and had his poem published!
